The Hacienda Cata produces cocoa in a mixed culture with other tropical fruits in a fantastic location off the Atlantic coast near Ocumare. The small farmers, organized as a cooperative, help each other with the harvest and process the fine cocoa together. The Criollo Ocumare forms the core of what is typical for this individual location

Just one word: excellent

Melting: sensationally soft, variety of aromas from the beginning to the finish. Unique in all criteria. Like the Porcelana, 6 or even 10 out of 5 stars are too few. But it only rates 5 out of 5 stars, and that with a very happy heart.
